Community Event #1: WALK + TALK
A Scavenger-Hunt Event
Where: East End Neighborhood House
2749 Woodhill Rd., Cleveland, OH 44104
When: Thursday, June 20th from 5:30 – 7:30pm
Who: All Community Members from the Buckeye, Woodland Hills, Kinsman, and Union-Miles neighborhoods
Why: We need your help to collect unique stories for artists and designers to express through murals, sculptures, and interactive art. Please join us and tell your neighbors.
Participate in the Public Art Map: contribute your own neighborhood markers alongside existing Public Art and comments from the Walk + Talk event.
Community Event #3: Show + Go
Celebration and Preparation to Take Action
What: Show & Go is the third and final public event for Elevate The East, a public art planning project focused on Cleveland's Eastside neighborhoods. At this free and family-friendly event, the design team will SHOW ideas for public art recommended by the community and local artists will SHOW their own work from the stage. We'll also have a T-shirt making station, food, and other activities for all ages! The event will empower people to GO and take action.
When: Wednesday, October 23 at 6:30–8:30pm
